I love my Velo, has made my job so much easier. I cannot fault the vacuum at all. However I have only had the vacuum for less than 2 months and it had started to cut off while in use and I have to hold the cord near when it plugs into the machine for it to stay on. Sometimes this doesn't even work. I have check the cord for any damage and all seems fine.
