Customer service is exceptional! They go out of their way to deliver exceptional service across every aspect of the company. Not just one employee but every employee I had the pleasure of dealing with! Only thing that stopped me giving a 5 star review is my experience with the actual product. More so the attachments, not the vacuum cleaner. I wish I was blown away by the vacuum because I was totally blown away by the company!
