I guess you could say that I am a little disappointed by the fact , that I have had to replace the hose on my so called "commercial vacuum cleaner" already. It is only ever used for residential purpose, not commercial. Number of residents in house = 1 x adult + 1 x cat. Not what I would consider to be an extreme workload for a so-called commercial graded vacuum. Really disappointed by this. Next time I will save my money and go to Mitre 10 and buy some glue to re-glue where the hose came apart from the fitting to the cleaner. Most likley a significant design fault in the product constrcution.
