“I have been a cleaner for a year now and use the Pacvac Superpro vacuum (the corded type). At first I always went for my usual vacuum because I was used to it and felt it was easier to use what I knes. Then once I started using my Pacvac I absolutely loved it! It really does make my job easier, just being able to put the vacuum on my back and zip around and vacuum. I recently purchased the Turbo Head Floor tool which works really well too. I also got some more disposable paper dust bags and the ordering process was so easy and quick delivery. I genuinely easily recommend investing in a Pacvac.”

“Firstly I would not use any other vacuum in our business except Pacvac- we use them for end of build cleaning and man do we batter them and they power through it all. This is the only brand you want. Room for improvement absolutely 1. The cords are too thin and get twisted and damaged too easily- I always switch them with a heavy duty extension cord. 2. More dusting attachments with a range of angles, like the small dusting attachment would be amazing with slightly longer bristles, or bristles angles outwards so they didn’t get sucked inward and need replacing after a month. But the actual vacuums are amazing”

For additional helpful tips to help your vacuum dusting brush last longer and maintain its effectiveness: Regular Cleaning: Clean the dusting brush after each use to remove any trapped dust, dirt, or debris. Simply use the vacuum nozzle to suck out any dirt and dust build-up. When the dirt clogs up the bristles this may contribute to the bristles going inward as it will restrict the airflow. Proper Storage: Store the dusting brush in a clean, dry place when not in use. Avoid leaving it attached to the vacuum or in areas where it can accumulate additional dust and debris and store with the bristles not resting on anything to maintain shape. Avoid Excessive Pressure: When using the dusting brush, avoid applying excessive pressure or force. Gentle pressure is sufficient for effective cleaning and helps prevent damage to the bristles. You can also open the vent on the hand piece to reduce the suction power if needed. Rotate Usage: If you have multiple dusting brushes, rotate their usage to distribute wear evenly among them. This can help prolong the lifespan of each brush. Inspect for Damage: Periodically inspect the dusting brush for any signs of damage, such as bent or broken bristles. “Body is good slim and lightweight, that what we need, but facing issues with suction power and hose attachment. the suction power needs improvement, For the hose, when debris blockages stuck in the middle is it difficult detach for cleaned the debris.”

“I have used my PacVac 3 times only and now trying to resell. The wand is inflexible and short, making it impossible to clean under furniture. It is bulky and I have to redecorate my clients homes as I can’t turn around in hallways without knocking their paintings off the walls. I have a successful domestic cleaning business which is chewing through regular domestic vacuums within 4-6 months which is not financially viable. If there is a more slimline version with the same power and cordless I would be interested but this purchase is simply unsuitable for my business needs”

“My team and I love the versatility of the Pac Vacs. Some prefer the backpac, others prefer the barrel. I love them simoly because of their longevity and ability to last when other vacs cant. I was so annoyed at spending for vac's that only lasted for about 3 to 4 months. With the pac vac I know they are made to last. I also like the fact that some come with an extra extension cord and also are Tagged and Tested. Im slowly getting my whole team a pac vac but with 12 clients it is quite an expensive outlay. I I have also found that delivery is very quick wwhich means less downtime for my team.”

“I'd purchesed my Pacvac from Godfreys which has since closed down. I needed disposable dust bags, and went online to see where I could get them. I ordered them from Pacvac, although they had to come from Western Australia, and I'm in Sydney, they arrived faster than most local businesses deliver. I'm very happy with the price, service and delivery time. I bought the Pacvac after a few years of frustration with a Dyson Big Ball. The Pacvac outperforms the Dyson in every way.”
