Not only am I extremely happy with my Velo backpack vacuum, the customer service at Pacvac has been outstanding. Kristyn Netscher, in particular, has been amazing. Kristyn has always responded quickly to my queries, with positive feedback and outcomes, and exceptional support and service.
Side note, I also received the combination floor tool (FLT016) and it worked even better on my carpets and hard floors. Another exceptional product. Thanks Kristyn and Pacvac.
