I have a Pacvac Battery SuperPro which we have used every week day for 11 months without a problem.
One of the hinges on the lid broke last month. I was easily able to order another one from Pacvac but my package was delayed by Australia Post in arriving.
The amazing customer service team at Pacvac arrange for my order to be resent by express delivery and recalled the lost package. I really appreciated their help as this part is important to the vacuum functioning well and we rely on it every day. Thanks Pacvac!
