From first use, the wheels on the vacuum head have squeaked extremely loudly while using it. This is especially a problem in the commercial setting it's used in. The noise makes me cringe every time, it's the equivalent of someone cramping their fingernails on a blackboard. I'm embarassed to use it in front of guests at our hotel. A bit more attention to detail with quality control needed by the manufacturer.
