I'd purchesed my Pacvac from Godfreys which has since closed down. I needed disposable dust bags, and went online to see where I could get them. I ordered them from Pacvac, although they had to come from Western Australia, and I'm in Sydney, they arrived faster than most local businesses deliver. I'm very happy with the price, service and delivery time. I bought the Pacvac after a few years of frustration with a Dyson Big Ball. The Pacvac outperforms the Dyson in every way.
