Fantastic company and product. Had an email query and was answered within 15 minutes! Great online ordering experience, with a user friendly website. Delivery was quick, solid packaging and any instructions clear. This is my second PacVac machine in 20 years (for home, not as a cleaner), and wouldn't even consider another brand.
