I cancelled a subscription long before the renewal date and they still charged me and wrote this “Unfortunately, under the applicable refund policy for this product, we are unable to refund you today. However, your query has been passed to the developer of the product for further comment.” I don’t understand how this is possible when they charged me for a subscription I don’t have. This company is a scam!!!
