I bought a Hidow many years ago. I recently got a Pain Pod 3 for my husband. He used it on his back and couldn’t believe how much it relieved the pain. I also bought the knee wrap, the elbow wrap and the neck wrap. Since using the knee wrap, the pain doesn’t wake me at night. The elbow wrap has relieved pain which the Physio couldn’t. I recommended the Pain Pod to my son who has had a lot of pain due to a spur on his spine and he’s finding it gives him relief.
