I recently bought the gloves as I have arthritis at base of both thumbs. I do a lot of knitting and crocheting and this means a lot of pain from the arthritis. I now put my pain pod gloves on and get daily relief from the arthritis. I was sceptical they would help but are providing very good relief from the arthritis
