Phoned the number for help - got straight through to Josh - not even a menu or music - amazing!!! Josh was very friendly, efficient & helpful. Knew exactly how to help & advised me what to do. I packed up my pod for repairs, sent it to Josh, & it was fixed & returned very promptly. It was amazing & wonderful to actually speak to a person & get help quickly.
