My mate got me onto this , we are both career athletes in our later years (59 ,62) both with bone on bone issues in our knees . My mate can now do one legged squats and after 2 weeks I've gone from a constant limp to running up stairs again and zero pain in my knees. so very impreesed I don't understand the science behind it all but it just works. Both of us were told we need knee replacements and nothing could be done to reduce our constant pain. Well look at us now.
