We purchased the socks and conductor. We applied the conductor to the foot and leg area and fitted the sock and a pad. After a few minutes some sensations were felt and after a few seconds stopped. We removed the sock and applied more conductor and refitted the sock. A Sensation was felt for a little longer this time then ceased and no more sensations were felt. Please advise how we can get this product working as needed.
