I have used a TEN's machine for 6 years for chronic pain. The PainPod is my second machine. It works as well as my previous machine and does what it is advertised to do. I was disappointed that it didn't include the waist bag and cover considering how much it cost. Once it arrived and I had set it up I had no where to attach the machine while I was mobile. It would have been useful to have a clip on a cover to be able to attach to a belt / waistband. A small zip up bag would been a useful addition for storing the machine when not in use.
