Pain pod 3 is the way to go as it has 4 pads to target the painful spots on your back for example. I wear it whilst shopping or whenever I am out and about cleaning the house, gardening, driving around. The massage movements is so good makes the pain just disappear. I cannot express enough, well in short it’s having a back massage whilst you are working or bending etc..
