I have had the pain pod for about 3 months now and absolutely love it. I suffer with knee and lower back problems and absolutely love it. I ge really only need to put it on for 10 minutes. I love the fact that I can pop the pads on and pop the pod in my pocket and continue on with what I'm doing. I was a little hesitant on spending the money but it's so worth it. A natural approach to pain relief and so easy to use.
