we recently needed a recharging usb cable for an obsolete PainPod unit, the service we received was very helpful in locating i understand, "the last available in existance"
we then discovered our batteries had had become useless due to being dormant, not to be beaten we were able to have replacements fitted very promptly, in spite of us sending the package to the wrong address. wonderful service, thank you so much.
