I haven’t had much luck with my pain pod. The neck pads would not stay on with the first use, which then I had to spend more money on a neck wrap which I don’t like because I feel like I am being strangled when in use it. Then after one week of using my device, the off and on switch would not engaged, it just floated around backwards and forwards. So that’s been two weeks with not much success. I must say the customer service team have been excellent with all my issues and I received my replacement machine yesterday so hopefully nothing else goes wrong.
