Love my PainPod! It's one of the original devices and still going strong! The cables still work, but the plastic coating was degrading & becoming icky to handle. Called to check that the cables listed in their online shop were compatible with my device (it's that old!). My call was answered immediately by a real person who could answer my query - super polite & friendly too. Purchased online & my package was received promptly. Thank you!
