A sceptic until I tried it at a pop up. Then a bought a Pain Pod 3 and have used it daily for the last month for tennis elbow, arthritic shoulders and neck. In a word... Brilliant. It hasn't cured anything BUT pain levels are way down and I can do things again that have been off limits for a very long time.
