Used many different types of tens machines over the years to help manageme my back injury... my previous purchase wwas a painpod 3 and found it to be excellent, unfortunately it stopped working after 18m of constant daily use and I have now replaced it with a hidow mini.. both of these devices are of excellent quality and especially when used with the back belt .... pads are good, but i highly recommend the back belt as it's more comfortable and seems to be stronger in effectively treating areas on either side of my spine.
