I have recently ordered from this company.Unfortunately, the wait times are of an unacceptable level. Contact with company online is quick but explanation as to why I am yet to receive order is not consistent with the information I have received from courier company. They say it is in transit but it is now 2 weeks. I would have preferred them to say that item was out of stock or low in stock and is taking time to arrive, or even possibly lost. Having now read further reviews, some have waited a month, which is really disappointing. I understand the company is small in Australia which is why I ordered from them being in Australia and not overseas and also wanting to support Australian businesses. Transparency is paramount to a consumer who has paid money for an item and wants a valid reason why the item has not arrived within Australia after 2 weeks. I guess I may be waiting a month or more don't really know at this stage and I have been informed that no refund is available. Given this scenario I would not recommend this company!
