Absolutely love this company! I never got a pen that I ordered. All I had to do was send a message on facebook and no questions asked resent my pen. I have ordered many paintings of all sizes and spent a lot of money here and with the rewards program I have saved so much money! The only problem I have had is some of the diamonds are smaller and misshapen but not too horribly bad.
