I have ordered from them twice. They use the slowest form of postage possible without the option to upgrade. The first time they tried to send my parcel to a random street name in my town. It was sitting at the post office for months. The second time it never arrived and after over 3 months patiently waiting I requested a refund. They kept promising but not processing it. I escalated to paypal and opened a claim.
Will NOT buy from them again.
