I have been extremely happy with all of the projects, both non-custom and custom. I made an error with 2 of my custom orders and they worked with me to get the coloring right so they would show up better and redid my projects at no cost to me. When I was short drills, they send them again at no cost to me. Customer service through Facebook is quick and accomodating. Is shipping delayed? Yes. It says so at the very top of the screen. Shipping is delayed almost everywhere, especially coming from overseas.
