When I attempted to cancel an order less than 12 hours after buying it they could not make it happen. When the painting finally arrived to my home I attempted to identify the package I received without opening it to ensure I got a full refund. The tracking number on the mailer did not represent any one I ordered. When I asked them to tell me what was in the box they shipped to me they could not track the number on the label. Their administrative tracking is horrible. Plus sending it back is at my expense. A very frustrating process all and alll. Will find another company.
