If I could give zero stars I would. Didn’t get my picture at first, but then when I threaten to expose them to the United States government, so they couldn’t sell here anymore, all of a sudden I got my picture. BUT!!!! The diamonds were so small that I could barely see them much less place them. Also, they didn’t shine at all. Then, the picture I got was supposed to be a certain size, but they had so much border around it that the picture was really, really small. Do not order from this company! They might be cheap, but you either won’t get it, or you will get it and it’s a very poor picture.
