I placed a personalized diamond painting order and cancelled immediately, because I realized the picture wouldn't look right. I was told by "Mary" via customer support that I would get my money back in 3-5 business days. I placed the right order that same night. My 1st order was never processed, but they kept my money...kept promising it would be returned. I got tracking information on my 2nd order and was told it would arrive on 4/16/18. USPS tracking information showed this, too. On 4/17/18 the tracking information showed it was hung up in Chicago. I contacted "Mary" again and was told to give it another few days. I contacted my local USPS who said they've never seen a package get hung up like this...normally they are in and out of Chicago. I contacted "Mary" again who said there was an issue with the tracking number and that she would put a new order in immediately. I have turned this over to the FBI, USPS, FTC and ecommerce.com. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! IF YOU HAVE AND HAVEN'T RECEIVED YOUR PRODUCT I SUGGEST YOU DO AS I DID. REPORT THEM!!!
