I've ordered a number of items from PWD and been happy with them. However, on my last order, the canvas turned out dark and blurry and was very hard to read. I touched base with customer support who immediately said they would send me out a new one. I was amazed when it arrived to Canada in less than two weeks and looked fantastic.
