I've always wanted to be able to create masterpieces, but unfortunately, I just don't have that trait... these are the perfect combination of paint by number and cross stitch all mashed into the perfect work of art. If you can, splurge on a bigger size because some of the details are missed in the smaller pieces - but, they are still fun to do. All of the supplies you need come with - I bought the wax pencil, but the tool supplied with the wax works perfectly fine! I have 5, and just bought a 6th... because, why not?!
