I ordered 3 paintings the beginning of February, I finally got them in April, 2 were correct and one was the wrong item I immediately sent them email, explaining this. it is now June 25th and after several email, texts, messages etc. I was told here are your tracking numbers so I wait another 3 weeks and the day it is to be delivered nothing. I check the tracking and it's going to an address on the other side of the country I still do not have the correct item being sent. they offered me a 20.00 gift certificate but why would I order more, when I haven't got what I paid for yet and to boot, it's not even on the web site anymore, I told them I was willing to change it to a different one, and I am still waiting. I loved the 2 I completed but getting frustrated waiting for the last one
