I bought one kit to try... I now have another four queued up to do because it is so addictive! My second kit came with some ‘rubbery’ diamonds which wouldn’t sit right on the canvas. Contacted customer support and after a couple of emails/images they have advised me a replacement will be despatched. Very apologetic and helpful team. In my view, problems happen. It’s how they are dealt with that is key. PWD certainly get 5 stars from me! And I’m sure they’ll get plenty more orders from me also :)
