I purchased 2 separate kits back in October for Xmas gifts. I received 1 kit and 2 pens but Xmas had come and gone and I have still not received the other kit. One of my daughters therefore did not receive her gift. The tracking # comes up status unknown. When I contacted customer service they just gave me the same tracking # to use.
I certainly will not recommend this company to anyone or purchase anything from them again !!!!!!!
