Buyers BEWARE!!!
I ordered one of their gem arts as Christmas gift back in early December and I still have not received my order. The so called tracking number they sent me is a joke. It has not moved from the location since they sent it. I opened a dispute claim through PayPal in the hopes of receiving a refund because all this company says in a rely to me is “it’s held up in customs”. Where is the customer service here?
Do yourselves a favor and by from the United States. I will NEVER buy from this company or anywhere overseas again. GUARANTEED!!!
