I ordered on April 11th. I know things are slower. However, you should indicate immediately that there will be a delay.
I emailed 4-5 times, NO ONE responded, other than keep sending me what is on sale.
I called and email this afternoon, and got a response that you are getting ready to send my order.
It is not ok to trat customers this way. I asked to talk to someone, and again no response. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed.
