My canvas was very clear. The quality of the diamonds were great. The part of my purchase I appreciated most was the assistance in "cleaning up" my photo and preparing it for a print that occurred before my purchase. I appropriated the assistance in being sure I was choosing a proper size to capture the details correctly.
