Just like many have already reported, I too have not received an order that was placed 9 weeks ago. I have contacted customer service multiple times and get the same story. 'Your package is on it's way'. The most recent response is "Good news-according to the latest tracking, your order has been shipped........it should be about 3-4 more weeks for your order to arrive". Three to four MORE weeks! Of course, they accepted my payment on 4/21/2020. They keep blaming COVID-19 for the delays. Seriously, more than 3 MONTHS to receive an order?!?! Would not recommend!!!
