I ordered 2 kits on May 3rd, got an email acknowledgment, and never heard from them, except for marketing emails every freaking day. I emailed them several times and never once received any response whatsoever. I found my tracking number on their website, and determined it was shipped from god knows where via god knows who. It has now been 6 weeks and I don't expect delivery for another 3 weeks or so. I am hoping I actually get the items, then I won't have to dispute the charges with my credit card company. They hid the fact that they ship from wherever, probably China. I'm OK with receiving goods from China, but I expect the company to be forthright and honest. Zero customer service.
