I placed an order in May and haven’t received a tracking number as of yet so I’ve contacted the company several times and received the same responses that it can take 4 to 6 weeks due to covid. My response was that I have ordered the same items from Zulily and I have received them within 2 weeks.
After reading the different reviews I have contacted my credit card company and I am trying to cancel the charges. I don’t believe the positive reviews didn’t have a problem receiving the product since so many people have waited such a long time.
