I ordered two custom diamond paintings of my cat and one of my dog. There was a problem with one of the colors (light blue instead of white) for my dog. A customer service rep kept in contact with me during the COVID situation and let me know when I would be getting my replacement beads. Finally got them and the picture turned out beautiful. Will definitely order again.
