Ordered four months ago, still have no received my order. I contacted customer service about a refund but they told me since my order is still “in transit” (which means it’s in China btw), they told me I’m not eligible for a refund. To say I’m unhappy is an understatement. I understand COVID has caused upheaval, but four months is too long, and refusing to refund me? Yeah, what a joke. Don’t buy this.
