This company is the worst. Very quick to accept your order and take your money, which was immediate- however, took over 3 months to receive and they shorted me some diamonds so can’t even finish project. Then took weeks before I could get someone to assist in ordering the shorted diamonds was promised they would expedite the missing diamonds - has now been almost 3 weeks and nothing. Customer service is completely lacking and the fact they took payment before shipping product is shady, usually payment is charged a day or two prior to shipment. I had to threaten calling my credit card company before I got a response and true tracking information. Not a company to be trusted or do business with - so completely dissatisfied!!
