I am still waiting on this to arrive. Ordered in March. I was promised a refund from the CEO and then never received it. I understand they do not have any say in delays related to COVID -19 however poor customer service they do. Corey told me if I did not receive it in 2 weeks I would get 50% refund and 4 weeks 100%. That was a month ago. Later I was told by their support that in order to get a refund I would need to return my items. Well I am still waiting on them!!!! I spent $146 on these items and have received the WORST customer service ever. I do not recommend this company. I also attempted to review the website and it will not allow me to post my bad review. So I am on Facebook now trying to inform people of my terrible experience.
