I ordered two kits in March. After several contacts via email I still had not received them. I tried to cancel the order. No luck. I asked for a refund. No luck. I began the process with my credit card company to ask for a refund- that is the only way I got my money back. I got the two kits in late July (4 months after ordering!!!)and in a crushed box. Customer services is terrible. Shipping information is false. Emails go unanswered or you get a "sorry for the delay but thanks for shopping" response. The kits are good- once you finally get them-- but you can and should shop elsewhere for a better experience.
