They promised to pick up but cancelled at the last second. I had a flight the next day. I had to get a relative to arrange another service. Extremely unprofessional and rude. I told them that they broke contract and they said as they didn't accept payment therefore its not on them. Pathetic company, kept cutting the call and saying they will call back but no one knows what is going on so they don't.
