“I used their service years ago and had no issues, my bad luck i didn't checked the reviews before using their service again. I am in deep mess now. They took my luggage work 5k and that was for my sisters weeding. I am devastated. Please help to locate them. I need everything back. I can not believe how can they do fraud like this and steal others stuff. I see so many others are trying to find them. Anyone from that part of London?? that can help to locate this guy?? The number and the website both are down, there is no way to contact or report them. Please advise what to do??”

“It's a fraud company. Took my parcel in Oct 2023 and it never reached the destination. They don't pick up the phone calls anymore. They are thieves. I have reported them to national fraud action. I hope they get punished for what they have done to so many customers.”

“They are frauds who have run off with the money. Phone lines are dead. I visited their office in Walthamstow which was abandoned. Asked the neighbours but they didn't know about them. The name of the company is AS STAR ENTERPRISE LIMITED. The company director is Akeel Hussain Shah. I used 192.com to get addresses of people in the area with the same name. It suggests that the addresses below are associated with him. Please not that he may not be living here, they may be tenants, so please be careful if visiting: - 18 Kebbell Terrace, Claremont Road, Forest Gate, London, E7 0QP - 112 Erskine Road, Walthamstow, London, E17 6SA - Suite 1, 81, Old Church Road, Chingford, London, E4 6ST There are also reviews for this company on uk.trustpilot.com and yell.com.”

“We sent 2 large bags with things for kids and Eid gifts in December 2023 and still haven't received anything, after repeated attempts of contact they are not answering our calls. We where sending it with a trunk, but they didn't let us use that instead they tried to keep the trunk for them self and made us put our things in bags, the level of greed started at the beginning, but still we had faith in our muslim brothers to deliver it for us. We had a talk with them in February and they said things where stucked in costom in Karachi and would be delivered within a week, but nothing has reached our home yet and now their numbers are switched off. Its so sad that they are doing this to so many people as it is our hard earned halal money they are hustling, May Allah punish them for this insha'Allah 🤲🏼”

“I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Pakistan Cargo 4u. My family sent me a parcel four months ago, and to this date, I have not received it. Despite numerous attempts to contact them via phone calls, they have failed to respond or provide any assistance. The lack of communication and failure to deliver on their promises is unacceptable. This company is not only incompetent but also fraudulent in its practices. I advise anyone considering using their services to steer clear, as they cannot be trusted. I am deeply dissatisfied with the level of service and professionalism displayed by them. My trust has been shattered, and I will not hesitate to spread the word about their deceitful business practices.”

“Very very bad company. I used this company before in 2021 and it wasn’t too good but still I gave them a second chance thinking they are Muslim brothers and help them in their business. I sent some packages in including an electric gas fire for media wall. The packages were collected from my house on 20 December 2023. They said it shall be delivered within 8 weeks. After 8 weeks I called to ask where my parcel was they said there is a delay and it should reach in march. Till today my parcel is not delivered. When I called in march they said it is in Karachi and will be delivered to your destination within 7 days. Now when I call them the number is temporarily unavailable. I have sent emails too but I get no answer. There is no other way to contact them. They are fraud. I paid £141 for the parcels and the items was expensive as well. Never ever use this company.”
