“My parcels were supposed to arrive in Pakistan on 25/12/20, but as of yet still have not arrived Ive rang on 2 occasions Was told someone would call me back in a few days No one did Rang for the 3rd time No one picking up Was my first experience with this Company Don't think I'll try them again”

“I have been sending shipments through them since a year. Used their service 5/6 times out of the shipment only reached once in the given duration of 2 weeks by air which you pay £5 per kg which isnt cheap either with a minimum weight if 15 kgs I still used them despite the shipments being 2/3 weeks late, but because i didnot know if another company snd also atleast they would receive calls, bare minimum. But this time its highly disappointing its been more then 4 weeks , they dont pick up calls i tried contacting them on facebook messenger and the guy started telling me its 6am in the morning uk. And its beeen 3/4 days since this guy is getting back to me to tell me the status of my shipment. Do not recommend at all Donot use them Its highly frustrating and stressful”

“It has now been 17 days and the item has still not reached the destination. Air cargo should have taken no more than 14 days. I am not happy with the service and may as well have sent it by shipping , would have been half the price as well. !! I have had to ring myself to find out what is happening. They promised on Thursday last week to call me on Saturday and today is Tuesday. Each time i call, i get a polite gentleman promising to ring me back, not once have i had a call back.”

“They collected my parcel from my house on time but there was a week delay for it to arrive in Pakistan. I called up on many occasions and was always told this friday and that saturday. Eventually they gave in and got me the tracking number for TCS. According to them they only recieved parcel 2 days ago but they were alot quicker and delivered it with 72hrs. Really ashamed with the service as I was looking to send more but will now have to look around for another company and hope for better luck.”

“I was told that the consignment will reach in 6 weeks where as it took almost 3 months for delivery. Whenever the shipper called for update, he was told that the consignment will reach in 2 to 3 days or this week. When the cycle reached, a number was written on it from permanent marker of which stains cannot be removed. Who writes numbers on product? you should have used some kind of paper to write and then put that piece on the cycle. Very poor service, will never use again.”
