I have been sending shipments through them since a year. Used their service 5/6 times out of the shipment only reached once in the given duration of 2 weeks by air which you pay £5 per kg which isnt cheap either with a minimum weight if 15 kgs I still used them despite the shipments being 2/3 weeks late, but because i didnot know if another company snd also atleast they would receive calls, bare minimum. But this time its highly disappointing its been more then 4 weeks , they dont pick up calls i tried contacting them on facebook messenger and the guy started telling me its 6am in the morning uk. And its beeen 3/4 days since this guy is getting back to me to tell me the status of my shipment. Do not recommend at all Donot use them Its highly frustrating and stressful
